Round 6 - Olivers Mount

Round 6 at the iconic Oliver’s Mount, Scarborough, the only public road racetrack in England, is nearly here! Thanks to some incredible hard work by our amazing volunteers and sponsors this year looks like we will have the best track yet. We haven’t forgotten the minibikes with a brilliant all tarmac track and classes both days this is a rare opportunity to race down the start and finish straight in the tyre tracks of Barry Sheene and other motorcycling greats.

Couple this with the festival feel including a live band and a great bar it is going to be a Supermoto meeting to remember!

Chris Walker has put some incredible work to develop the off-road section further and we now have a permanent area that can be left intact ready for next year.

For this meeting there are a number of special instructions so please read the following very carefully.

TIMETABLES Timetables for both days are attached, with this being a Bank Holiday weekend camping is available on Sunday night so you can travel home leisurely on the Monday. We will be running a non-championship tarmac minibike class on the Sunday and Bambino racing both days. Please save the timetables to your mobile devices.

ENTRANCE TICKETS Circuit entry is strictly by ticket, so it is essential you enter online to ensure you get the entry tickets to gain admission. Each competitor will receive 4 personnel and 1 vehicle admission ticket. Prepaid season ticket competitors will automatically get their tickets emailed, so will have nothing further to do. Extra discounted tickets will be available for friends and family, if you require these send an email and we will give you the discount code after you have entered.

The entry tickets come from TicketCo AS and may end up in your junk mail. The email you use for your online entries will receive the tickets so please check carefully before contacting us for a resend as the system is very robust. If you haven’t entered yet, then please do so on the entry link below before 5pm on Wednesday.

As a competitor you receive a 50% discount on the additional tickets, standard prices are shown below, you pay 50% less but email for the code.

Remember you will not be able to gain access to the circuit without a ticket and will have to pay on the gate.

If you want to pay cash on the day, please use the £15 event registration option which is deducted from your entry fee.

PADDOCK LAYOUT This year all competitors are using the top paddock so there will be plenty of space for everyone. However please park neatly and if possible, put the race awnings towards the track with habitation vehicles to the inside. Leave a 3-metre gap between fence and awning to allow bikes to get to and from the holding bay. For the location of the paddock area use What3Words https://w3w.co/remind.cage.vision and this will put you in the exact location in the field.

ELECTRIC HOOK UPS 20 electric hook ups will be available with two options depending on feedback, this is an “either or” so we will go with the majority decision Please email in asap with your preferred option if you want to reserve one. No splitters and must be prepaid before using to collect the connector wrist band.

Option 1 – Friday eve to Sunday night 08.00 – 23.00 £20 per hook up
Option 2 – Generator permanently on from Friday eve to Sunday 23.00 £30.00 per hook up

CAMPING & ACCESS Competitors will be able to arrive from noon Friday and leave by 10am on the bank holiday Monday. This will give you the opportunity, to have a long weekend in Scarborough.

HIGH VEHICLES If you are arriving with a vehicle OVER 3.8M (12’5”) lowered Please telephone 07590 832058 or 07739 800425 BEFORE you arrive at the circuit.

ENTERTAINMENT On Saturday evening there will be a live band and bar in the paddock.
